Executive Board for 2025-2026
PIA ROSNER
President
This is Pia's fourth year at West Hollywood Elementary. Born in Los Angeles (not far from the WHE campus), she is excited to raise her children in her hometown. She and her husband, Jake, have two children: Josh, who is in Ms. Pando's 3rd grade class and Shayna, who is starting Kindergarten in the fall. Pia is excited to return into the President role of the FOWHE board, having served as the grants committee chair in the past. She is looking forward to help fundraise and build community friendships. When not shuttling the kids around town, Pia manages the DNA Unit for the Los Angeles Police Department Crime Laboratory. On the weekends, she enjoys going to the farmers market and taking the family to the park.
KATHY ZENG
Vice President
Kathy and her husband Will have two kids at West Hollywood Elementary. Their older son Emerson is in 5th grade, and younger son Caden is in 2nd. Both started at WHE as kindergarteners. Previously, Kathy volunteered for school events such as Halloween, Gala, Day of Awesomeness, book fair, etc. This is her second-year volunteering for FOWHE. She’s excited to continue her commitment to the school and the community at WHE. When school is not in session, Kathy and her family love to travel and explore the food and culture of different countries. Her kids are avid basketball players, so weekends are usually spent at tournaments and league games.
CHRISTINA FERNANDEZ
Co-Communications Chair
Christina Fernandez and her family (True and Josh Richman) are local denizens in their 4th year at WEHO. Since True’s enrollment, Christina has often found herself in the midst of many a project and assistance with True’s teachers and classes. Her desires to build on her already fruitive connections within the WEHO community has led Christina to apply her interests and desires as Communications Chair. She runs the board social media and instagram accounts.
DYLAN VOX-ROSEBERRRY
Events Committee Co-Chair
With his magical daughter Fallon, this is Dylan’s fourth year at West Hollywood Elementary. He is excited to be on the board to help all children benefit from every opportunity we as parents can provide and to keep our school at an exceptional level. He is excited about working behind the scenes to help forge a place where our kids can grow, learn, and enjoy their early years.
Dylan is a recovering lawyer who now owns his own production company. In between entertaining Fallon with her ballet, gymnastics, soccer, and swim classes, beach days, snail hunts, and Barbie tea parties, he manages to direct and produce film and television.

Lily Vonnegut
Events Committee Co-Chair
For the past six years, Lily has been an active and dedicated member of the West Hollywood Elementary community, generously giving her time and talents to enrich school life. She has led the school’s beloved Halloween celebrations for three consecutive years, brought her creativity to stage decorating, and contributed her enthusiasm to the annual Book Fair. In addition, she has served as room parent for both of her children’s classes, fostering strong connections between teachers, students, and families.
Lily’s commitment to making a difference extends beyond the school walls. Together with her family, she has championed the cause of pediatric cancer research, raising more than $27,000 for Alex’s Lemonade Stand. Her dedication, energy, and generosity truly embody the spirit of FOWHE.
KRISTI POINDEXTER
Treasurer
Kristi is thrilled to serve as Treasurer for the FOWHE Board. She and her husband, Christian, are proud parents of Skylar, who will be in 1st grade this fall at West Hollywood Elementary. This is Kristi’s first year on the board. She has a professional background in accounting and auditing and is excited to leverage her experience to support FOWHE’s mission.
In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, and reading
